Daisee Jute
DAISEE JUTE
A coarse fibre grown in the high lands in the neighbourhood of Calcutta, and used principally for bagging and for yarns to be dyed a dark colour. It has moderate strength and is hard and brittle, generally dark in colour, very rooty and barky.
